All items are handmade and may have slight variations in color, size, and design. These variations are part of the unique nature of handmade products and are not considered defects.

3. Orders & Payments

Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Custom or personalized orders may require a deposit before production begins.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom orders are made specifically for you and may take additional processing time.

Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Please review all details carefully before confirming your order.

5. Processing & Shipping

Processing times vary depending on the product and order volume. Estimated timelines will be provided at checkout or upon request.

Shipping times are separate from processing times and are handled by third-party carriers.

Suga.cooky.shop is not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged packages once shipped. Tracking number is available for cost.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and often personalized nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos and details. Videoing an unboxing of the product would be valid.

Approved returns or replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not yet begun.

Custom or personalized orders may not be eligible for cancellation once work has started.

8. Pricing & Availability

Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time.

All designs, images, and content are the property of suga.cooky.shop may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability
